As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), she combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership. Her degree in Economics and her Master of Public Administration (MPA) further equips her to navigate complex systems and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
Chloe founded Pawsitive Strides Consulting to support organizations in creating impactful animal welfare programs through holistic, One Health approaches. Her work emphasizes collaboration, policy development, and operational excellence. From leading large-scale animal management initiatives with Indigenous communities to overseeing multi-million-dollar veterinary operations, Chloe has a proven track record of driving meaningful change.
